# Installing Valt

Learn how to install Valt. All of our software is free.

## iOS App

We support iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches running iOS >10.0.

1. Visit [Valt’s App Store page](https://itunes.apple.com/app/apple-store/id1275222446?pt=118339834&ct=Valt%20Website&mt=8) on your iOS device.
2. Select GET, and enter your Apple ID password.

## Mac App

We support all Apple computers running macOS >12.2 (all versions on or after Sierra).

1. Visit [Valt’s App Store page](https://geo.itunes.apple.com/us/app/valt/id1276031931?pt=118339834&ct=Valt%20Website&mt=12) on your computer.
2. Select GET, and enter your Apple ID password.

## Safari Browser Extension

The Safari Browser Extension is installed automatically when you download the [macOS app](/content/support/getting-started/install#macOS/index.html). Open Safari on your computer and verify that the Valt icon appears to the left of the search bar. If not, follow these steps to [enable, disable, or uninstall the extension on your Mac](/content/support/free-features/browser-extension#safari/index.html).

## Google Chrome Browser Extension

We support all versions of Google Chrome for your Mac computer. Before beginning, first [install the Mac app](/content/support/getting-started/install#macOS/index.html)

1. Visit [Valt’s page on the Chrome Web Store](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/valt/lhgionfipogjpiimcjkgkjbleanbpehe) from your Google Chrome browser.
2. Select Add to Chrome. Review the privacy information popup, and click Add Extension.
